  8. Hey -- one of my all-time fave CD Halloween comps! I'm glad someone else posted it & I wasn't forced to renege on my "vinyl only" concept for Scar Stuff, 'cause it's a damn shame this (& the rest of the Jass CD catalog) is currently OOP.

  9. Hi Jason,
I love your Scar Stuff blog. It's the first blog I look at every day. I don't have the Halloween record collection like you do or the ability to transfer records to mp3's. So, I thought I'd offer up a few CD's in my collection.

  13. Great music. Reminds me of the stuff my parents had playing around the house while i was growing up. My Dad still has a case full of old 45s from the 1940's. "Swingin'At The Seance" is one of those records. I thik the flip side was "I'll Never Smile Again". Great CD. Thanks.

  19. Hi there! You've got a great blog going on here. Unfortunately, I just discovered it and the wonderful-sounding Halloween Stomp comp that you posted, and the file is not longer available. Can you find it in your heart to re-post? Thanks for all of your great work!

  21. I bought this cd on ebay several years ago, and it was the best $35 I ever spent! But it's so awesome that you posted this. I also have a CD called 'The Haunted House: 20 Tracks to Make You Jump in the Night'. Its very good but this one is better!

Now, if only I could find more music like this...

  27. Thanks so much for posting this. I made a mixed tape off the radio YEARS ago with most of these songs on it, must have been the DJ's favourite. Needless to say, couldn't find it anywhere else, and it is upwards of £70 now at online shops! All my fav songs, and my 6 year old daughter loves it as well! Thanks, thanks, THANKS!!!

  29. I was lucky enough to get this CD when it was still in print. One of the best comps in my collection. It's a damned shame the Stash/Jass catalog is OOP. Great comps and often featuring great Milton Knight artwork.

Thanks for blogging this. It's the easiest way for me to introduce people to this comp. I just point them here.

  31. Great blog. Thanks for this. I lost my copy in a move a few years back and have been missing it ever since. Possibly the best Halloween compilation ever.

  32. Hmm, you didn't even allow my repost request to remain. Begs the question: what the hell is so "wonderful" about the blog? Do the words "Internet landfill" mean anything to you?

  33. @Anonymous -- you didn't comment on this post. You commented on this one -- http://wonderfulwonderblog.blogspot.com/2007/06/halloween-stomp-link-updated.html. I'm not sure I have this at the moment. I lost a bunch of files last year. If I can find it, I'll try to re-upload it next month.
