I used to work for Phil Morris... the earlier copies of Phil's book were loose pages with a plastic piece holding the pages together...
and my copy is from 81' or 82'....

I'd love to read that Haunted House book. I'll have to look for that one. I always loved those Monster make-up books when I was a kid.
