The rock band Angel was discovered by KISS' Gene Simmons in a Washington, DC club in 1975. They released six albums between 1975-1980 but never quite hit the big time. I had their album On Earth As It Is In Heaven (1977) when I was a kid and listened to it along with my KISS and Alice Cooper records. In 1978 they released a single called The Christmas Song (not to be confused with the 'Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire' song).The Christmas Song (5.54 MB)
