I went to a Haunted House once, I was in a spooky handmade costume... after walking the whole route. I met with the officials running the spook-fest at the end, they asked me to stay. I apparently scared them, more than I thought.

Here is a sad Halloween story I have never seen the Halloween Tree. I always hear people gushing about it every countdown to Halloween season. But this sad story has a happy ending I found a VHS Copy this year and plan to correct my lack of seeing this flick. Any-hoo I have been enjoying your cut outs this year!

Seems like I won last year (A copy of The Making of A Cabin in the Woods) so I won't enter this year - but I will say I am living proof that PEOPLE REALLY DO WIN! ;)

I remember trick or treating when I was little with those ghastly full face masks... it was like torture wearing them. I remember between houses we would wear them as hats. :)

My favorite Halloween moment? I went to Doctor Doom's Haunted House on Front Street in Cuyahoga Falls, OH during October 1975. Local TV horror movie hosts Hoolihan & Big Chuck were judging the children's costume contest. I said I didn't want to walk across the stage to enter the contest for my age group. After my older sister did it--and was given a bag of candy for participating, I began to cry. Hoolihan & Big Chuck saw me in front of the stage sadly weeping and gave me candy and a free LP. Then the local newspaper took my photo and I ended up on the front page. I love free candy. You have my email--right?

My favorite Halloween memory is, when I dressed up like a horror movie. I was thirteen, and I had my face painted like a zombie and I wore a cardboard box that was made up to look like a TV over my head. It even had rabbit ear antennas and channel changer knobs. When I went trick or treating people would ask if they could change the channel. It was one of my best costumes, even though it was a pain to wear and I had no peripheral vision. rulupi246@hotmail.com

My favorite Halloween memory is EATING CANDY!!! Trick or treating was the best, and I wish I could still do it as an adult!

My most memorable Halloween as a child was 1984 when I was Conan. I had a flashlight instead of a sword and I refused to wear a coat so I froze my butt off.

I remember my last year trick or treating. I took the year off in 7th grade, intending that my trick or treat days were over. However, in 8th grade, I was encouraged by my family to go one last time, using a clown costume I wore to a school party. It was a last minute decision, but I'm glad I did it!
