I was a monster kid in the 1970's. I only had a few spooky records back then, but I listened to them all the time. These are my favorites --

These next ones are more sci-fi than monster, but they're still really cool. Back in the day I used to get Starlog magazine and they ocassionally included a flexi-disc record.
Galactic Sound Effects (1979) and
