The Lurch

Someone in the comments section over at Mostly Ghostly Music Sharing Blaaahhhggg requested the B-side to "The Lurch" by Ted Cassidy. I originally downloaded this from the Pop Debris blog in 2005 (I don't think that blog is around anymore, is it?). The zip file contains "The Lurch" and the B-side "Wesley".

Erick, I wouldn't worry too much whether that blog is around anymore or not....The other day I did a Google Blog Search for "The Lurch", and it can be found in several places. Most of those downloads seem to be part of a rare singles compilation legitimately put out on CD awhile back....Yes, "The Lurch" has seen an actual CD release. That's where I got my download from....the compilation....and it sounds so CLEAN, I wonder if it had been mastered from the original studio tapes or if someone simply did a great clean-up of the recordings used. Either way, it's strange that the song DID indeed have a legit CD issue.

I'd strongly suspected it was from a CD reissue. Thanks for clarifying.
