"The rest of October will be devoted to Halloween and Monster merchandising found throughout the 70's, as our annual Halloween bash begins!"
I can't wait to see what he digs up!
If you love monster toys, you should check out these sites --
Universal Monster Army is a Yahoo group dedicated to Universal Monsters. Inside this club you will find the most comprehensive collection of vintage Universal Monster toys including Munsters toys.
The Gallery of Monster Toys is dedicated to preserving a disappearing facet of our popular culture. Vintage monster toys are typically overlooked by collectors, largely because they seem obsolete in today's world. The toys in this gallery are not, for the most part, "slick" or "hyper-detailed." They are humble and imperfect. They depict flawed, tortured creatures. These toys capture a time when horror was fun. A time when monsters seemed like "big brothers" to their young fans. I hope those who visit the Gallery will acquire an appreciation, not only for the toys pictured, but for all that they represent. This web site is for all those boys and girls who grew up watching Creature Features and Chiller Theaters, reading Famous Monsters of Filmland, and playing with these cherished toys...and for all those who wished they had.

Very interesting links. I love seeing all those old toys. I actually have a toy of mine from the old days that I've un-earthed in my mother's basement. I'm not sure what the hell it went with, but I'm pretty sure I bought it because it looked like Jason Vorhees. It's this weird biker guy (GI joe sized) with a pink army vest and hockey mask. He has a yellow mohawk. The really strange thing is that on his back it says "20th Century Fox Corp." or something.. I wonder if he was some wierd movie tie in guy. I'll post some pictures on my blog soon.
I had monster mash!
